Homemade croissant from scratch with sourdough!

This is my favorite recipe!!

It's healthy, delicious, natural and wonderful!

If you like to eat ealthy and delicious croissant here is the recipe.
Lets start with the "yeast". I don't use it , but the starter, fresh, natural starter culture the  sourdough.

300 gr sourdough
400 gr whole wheat flour
200 gr all purpose flour
200 gr cornstarch
200 gr black natural cane sugar
300 gr whole milk
150 gr butter
2 big eggs
pinch of salt
Vanilla

Mix sourdough with just warm milk and then add the flour, cornstarch, sugar, salt, butter, beaten eggs, and vanilla.
Leave it in the refrigerator for four hours to rest wrapped in plastic film.
With a rolling pin form 2 big and very thin round layers of dough, like a pizza.
Cut it in triangles and roll them up starting from the shortest side of the triangle.
You can fill your croissant with chocolate cream, jam,  custard,....
Lay the croissant in the oven on a baking pan and let them raise for about 5 hours or when they double in size.
Bake it in a preheated oven to 375 degrees F for 15 minutes , or till they are ready and gold, switching the position of the baking pans after 7 minutes.
Enjoy your fantastic croissant!
